PGP SDK 5/10/20
This software is required to add pgp to any application

There are a number of versions here. If you have a QSpgp without these files, 
try each 'pgp_sdk.dll'. Sometimes it's spelled a bit different but the dll
is what you want. Start at 1.1.1. Add the dll to the QS home directory and 
give it a try. Work your way towards last 3.0.0. One should work.
